Hey guys, just wanted to say hi and introduce myself. I am a graduating Honda nut that has taken on the love of the VIP scene. I have wanted a GS for sometime, just never pursued it. Now that I am, I want to find the right one. I have been looking for roughly 2 months and haven't found the right color-combo, so I have decided to ask questions. (Tried searching, notta).

What color GS300's & 400's were offered with Black Leather from 98-02"?

I would prefferably like Silver or Metallic Blue.

I believe the Mill Silver came with black. and you DPW has it but it's really rare

DPW definitely came with black leather. I would have never thought white exterior would look good with black interior, but it does. That was half the reason I bought my '99 GS4. If you can find it go with the DPW with black leather.
