Guys, I'm thinking about getting my wheels a little bit farther out than they are. Are wheel spacers worth the trouble or not?
If some of you have spacers, what brand you using and where did you get them?

It's only up to you if it's worth the trouble or not.
Modding is always up to a single person, and thats you. To a few of us, wheel fitment is everything, and no relevance to others. So it's really what you want to do and not what everyone else is doing.

I'm a sucker for custom-made wheels...
That being said, I would consider a bolt-on spacer an adapter. These are usually used for big offset changes, 15mm or more.
A true spacer is typically 6mm or less and can be used with stock wheel studs with ET (shank) style lug nuts.
Aggressive wheels = good.

I did install a 25mm spacer at the rear of my GS. Really it looks better. Wheel is almost flush with fender. It you look at the car from the front, the rear wheels have a wider offset respect with the front.
The negative things are:{1) beware with the rims when parking near the sidewalk. (2) I noticed a high vibration at 80mph. Very strong!
So I figure I will finished taking it out.

Take the spacers off imedietly i will explain why i ordered Nice rims for my 06 Ls-430 UL and they have been nothing but a nightmare i installed 6mm hubcentric spacers and hubcentric rings took evrey precaution i could with the spacers and am still not pleased with the result i have even had the lexus service center take them off put them onn align them and balance them and they handle like crap compared to the stock 18's that came with the car as of right now i am looking to buy new tires for them to try and make the ride a little better and am buying brembo calipers so they will fit right on without spacers in the meantime im saving up and doing reasearch to buy new rims. This is only from my experience and i know the ls and gs are diffrent cars but im just trying to save you from making the same mistake i did.

Have a tire shop try to balance the wheel with the spacer/adapter bolted on, and make sure after it's balanced to install the spacer/adapter at the same spot it got balanced at with the wheel.

The brake Calipers on the LS-430 are huge compared to other high end luxury sedans. In order to make the wheels that i puchased fit i needed to install 6mm hubcentric spacers. They were a nightmare. There are pictures on the LS-430 Forum if u want to c them.
