i found a wood grain steering wheel here:

and it says it's only for 01-05 gs or rx models.

however i found this:

and it is for 99-03 rx models.

anyway, my question is that i want to have a 99 gs300 with wood grain steering wheel, is that possible with oem product? or do i have to get aftermarket?

I beleive you can just swap the woodgrain in place of your stock one.. Its been done before... DO a search.. this has been done before but not sure.. GL..
