How many lbs for GS4 radiator cap

I just replaced the radiator cap on my 98 GS400 and wanted to make sure I got the correct one. Is 16lbs the correct pressure for the cap?

The standard opening pressure is 13.5 - 17.8psi for a 2002 GS430. I don't know if that is the same for your 400.
