Actually, you can get just as low on 20s with 235/30-20 + 275/25-20...
same overall diameter as 235/35-19 + 275/30-20.
Proportionally, I prefer the look of 20s on the GS to 19s... the 20s fill-up the
wheel wells side-to-side better than the 19s which is important if you're
slamming the car. Frankly, my 20s are starting to look small...
Like I always say: "twenties are the new nineteens."
I noticed that your handle is VIPLexus... are you going for a VIP look?
If so, the Sevas probably gets you closest to that look (but it's not
particularly VIP-looking).

With the right widths and offsets, you can get away with murder on the 2GS.
The car can swallow an 11.5" rear wheel without serious issues. A 275 on an 11" would certainly work, no problem. Similar to putting a 245 on a 10" as far as tire stretch- just add the additional width on the inside...
235 on a 9" front wheel is known to work. And a 9.5" front wheel works fine, too.
