Default Sellin my GS

A sad day indeed...been goin thru it in my head for a while. Sellin my GS to get money for a downpayment for a townhouse. I really don't want to sell it but I'm tired of renting. So we'll just have to see if I get any bites.

Wise choice. I am glad I starting owning property when I was young. I have friends in their 30s that are still renting, what a waste. I would return it to stock and sell your mods in the classifieds. Youll probably get more $ that way

Man, another killer GS parting ways....

I agree with the others and you are correct with your financial decision.

Get the townhouse. Then get back in the Lexus fam!

GL!

I'll have my eyes in the classifieds as well!

Actually been thinking about doing this as well, but I am starting to realize that the used car market in Seattle is not making it worth my time. My lease is perfect for me right now though. After 2 more months, it goes to moth by month and my Land-lady LOVES me. Probably just end up getting a double loan and making it work for a condo or townhouse.

Damn, well gotta do, what you gotta do man, can't go wrong with buying property, I have 2 as of right now, guess that's why my GS is a '98, instead one of those newer joints but I'll cash out in the near future.

always buy property before throwing your debt:income ratio off with a ton of debt (car). good call man, don't worry- you'll find yourself in another GS someday soon.

Im actually thinking the same myself. But my payments are only 300/month on a 2002 GS300 so i cant go wrong keeping it.

Perhaps you could pawn the car with your bank and get the extra cash you need. Problem with that is you would have 2 payments, car and townhouse. Plus side is you can keep your GS
