guys, last time i searched eBay for those i found 2 diff sizes (m3 type and m5 type) with the m5 being a bit larger. Which one is this?

It seems almost like there is sharp angle change or a bend a few inches to the left of the "L" badge. Its most noticable in the 2nd and fourth pictures. I could be wrong but something looks off. I was thinking about one of these myself but now i don't know. Please correct me if im wrong.
