Hey guys got a problem with the 300..
Yesterday I was sitting at a light and when it turned green everyone left but me. I stepped on the gas but all that happened is the car reved down to about 200 rpms almost stalling (with the pedal floored even). And when I let off it would raise back up to idel and costed to the side of the road.
A few minutes before it felt like it had some hesitation when at certin rpms. But nothing to bad.
So what happened? I had to have it towed home cause it wouldnt stay running once you gave it any gas.
I thought at 1st it was something with the fuel system (filter or pump) but the local dealer says they have never changed one out on those cars so they suggested sensors. (i havent had a chance yet to run any codes) Just looking for ideas.. Maybe tps, or another sensor?

Yea I have done all the things other ppl suggested (clean the maf, tb and air filter) I also tightend up the throttle cable that was loose. Replaced the battery (it was getting weak), also put in a full tank of chevron 91 and fuel system cleaner. So I hope that will fix it.
Yesterday I was able to drive it just fine, but I did knotice a little stumble again when I was sitting at the driveway out of the auto store. I had the ac on after a few sec of sitting there the rpms dropped real low again, but it didnt stall this time. it went like normal as soon as I started to drive.

UPDATE:
While driving on the freeway the car lost all acceleration, dropped down to idel and coste to the side of the road. Once on the side I noticed the car would not rev up at all untill the pedal was almost to the floor, then it would just up in the rpms. So this makes me think its probably the Accelerator Pedal Position switch, or the TPS. I'll be checking the code when I get to my friends house, I'll post what I find out.
