Default panel removal help...

How does one remove the panel beneeth the steering colomn? I am stuck, there are a couple of screws on the right hand side and I can not figure out how to remove them OR if I even need too.

SWEET...Thanks SO much!!! I cant make out what the captions say?? Does the cover over the ignition just "pull" off??

BTW, Have you ever cleaned your tilt motor?? That is what this project is all about.

think this was in also in banana's site for another DIY...you may also need to do extend or lower the steering column to get that panel out.

yea caption says pull right off. Sorry came out so small. NO I havent yet cleaned out my tilt motor. that is one of the things on my list to do but time right now prohibits me from doing that. But that is to remove the panel under the steering wheel where your feet are. But the panel directley under the steering wheel is different.
