Ok, I am previously the owner of 2 2003 GS300's. I loved them both so I'm well aquainted with the GS. I have the chance to buy another 2003 GS3..Here are the details.
2003 GS3
45000 miles
Mark Levinson
Navigation
HID
Heated Seats
Trac/VSC
Anyway, the price is 24K..it's in great shape with new tires. I would be trading a 2006 Toyota Solara V6. Do you all think that it's worth trading a 2006 Solara in on a 2004 GS3?

Think back to why you sold the 03's.
Kind of like dating an old girlfriend. At first its great. then after a while you realize why you split up.
Other than that, how are the financials?

Well, my first GS I sold because there was a paint issue. Long story short, the dealer bought it back after 5K miles and replaced with another new GS3. I loved my GS 3 and never had any issues with it. I traded it for an 04 Corvette Convertible. I just couldn't resist.
The financials are this.
GS3 KBB Retail is $27,250
Solara V6 Trade-in $15,500
Deal is $24K for GS3 and trade-in for the Solara is 16.5K.....It's a good deal. I just really miss a Lexus.

For example. My 2002 GS430 74K miles, i posted for 19K-20K.
which is still for sale.
The mileage is a little higher, but Ive seen deals with lower miles.

I'm pretty sure that I'm going to bite the bullet and buy it. I'm suprised though at the Mark Levinson. I really wasn't as impressed as I thought that I would be...especially with the bass.

Take your time and get the V8!! If it's going to be your daily driver and you drive on the freeway most of the time, then the V8 is perfect! plenty of power (so you dont feel that slow after hoping out of the vette), and it gets the same gas mileage as the GS3 on the highway.
Not to mention, the V8 smoothness!
