I had another misfortune happen to me the other day. My little cousin thought he was helping out by putting a spare tire chalk in front of my car from our boat which is also parked in the garage. I left to go somewhere not knowing it was there and it came up with the tire and basically wedged itself in between the tire and the fiberglass bumper. As you may remember the other side of the bumper is already suffering from a tire retread that I hit on GA400. Good thing I haven't sent the bumper to get painted yet otherwise it would be back for twice as long. Money is tight right now so I am going to wait until I finish the air ride install (which I am still waiting on to get here - stupid customs) to fix the cracks in the bumper.
This is damage that is done on the side where the tire chalk was. It cracked the side and the whole piece parallel to the tire tread from the bottom all the way up.
So, I took the bumper off. This is my motivation not to drive the car until it is done lol. I love driving it too much. This is how low I hope the bumper will be once the air ride is on. We'll see
This is the side that was previously a victim to the GA400 alligator

yeah but that is the risk i took with the fiberglass bumper. i guess it was bound to happen. took 3 years till anything major happened.
trust me i want to see it on there too! i can't wait. no more making people get out of the car when i pull in the driveway to worry about scraping on the curb or speedbumps!

yep...gonna look different. The pic with the front bumper on the ground looks crazy...
I think if you added carbon to the very lip of your front bumper and did a fade, it would tie in really well with your overall carbon theme. Might as well do that now since you're gonna have to repaint anyways!
