I love the carbon steering wheel

The front bumper looks a little weird without the chrome moulding strip.

Too bad HRE does make the carbon barrels anymore. These would be right up your alley

we are. it's actually a thing i learned from Mr. Flynn himself. he likes to apply by hand and take off using an orbital. his formula allows for this. his new wax you can leave on for a day and still take it off no problem.

i like the sleek look. actually saw it done on here on another car on another bumper. loved it, did it, never looked back lol.

i've been looking at other wheels. we'll see what happens. it'll be awhile till i get to change those. interior and motor first

From the second photos you can definitely see its carbon inside. At first when I heard about these I thought it was just carbon wrapped over an aluminum barrel and I actually saw the wheel in person and it actually is a FULL carbon barrel. I was pretty impressed and is was crazy light but over $2k per wheel. I wonder why they were discontinued maybe didn't handle well under impact like a pot hole

my BST motorcycle wheels were almost $2.5k (got them for cheap, they normally way more than that) and they took everything i threw at them........but its alot easier to avoid pot holes on 2 wheels than on 4

they probably discontinued as no one bought them

Now you're talking.

In all seriousness though Tony the car looked great this weekend, I know you put a ton of work into it over the past 9 months (I still remember when we were sound deadening in your garage seems like so long ago and that was just the beginning) and it paid off, everything looks awesome. I would have loved to have seen both ours laid out next to each other. Looks like I need to get cracking on a new build.

I've went through all 30+ pages of this thread and I must say an extraordinary amount of work went into you're car. The most impressive thing is how extensive all your mods are, the attention to detail and the amount of creativity that went into it is nothing short of amazing!

Your car is definitely top notch in my book

You hit the nail on the head Seize!! Attention to detail is something Tony takes very seriously, and it's great that fellow enthusiasts recognize that.

well...somehow I totally missed the page with your bumper and grille...You've come a long way. I really really like the car now. And the skills you've learned along the way are very very impressive.
