Hey Guys - this is one of those stories only someone else can laugh at. A little background.. I don't have very good luck with tires, I've probably picked up 7-8 nails, metal objects in the past 4 years. I recently decided to pick up some new tires (my summer tires ironically had a flat tire, metal object in the sidewall) and my winter tires are worn out. SO... I picked up 6 new tires, 2 new Falkan tires for the rear (275/35/R18s) and 4 new winter tires (Yokohama avs 255/55/R16's). Anyway - no more than 2 hours after I have the new tires on... pick up a razor blade in my new Falkan rear tire. So.. i ran all over town getting the new tires on the rims, (2 trips, no way to fit 8 new tires in the GS400). I picked up some dinner and then had to stop on the way home to patch the rear tire. I'll try to have a sense of humor but its gonna take a while... I’m uber pissed at the moment. I guess I'm lucky I picked up the road hazard warranty - course I'm out the mounting fee, and most likely shipping again. Some days... Hope you guys can get a chuckle out of this. Anyone else have a good story like this?
