My rear right tire has a slow leak that I need to have air put in once a week or so or else I am below 10lbs of pressure. I took it to the garage today so they can fix it. I know it is a simple job, but I was wondering if they are going to have to rebalance the tire?
The reason I ask, I had this vibration when driving at highway speeds that was driving me crazy that I finally had Lexus fix 2 days ago by remounting and balancing the tires. Am I going to be back to square one?

Ordinarily, rebalancing wouldn't be required. However, as we all know, the GS seems a little more sensitive to this problem than some other rides. I'd drive it first and see.
What I don't know is what your tire's speed rating is/will be with a radial plug in it. Depending on your driving habits (read: maximum speeds), it could be important to the point of just replacing the tire.

Have the garage shop chalk the tire and rim where the valve stem is located, then remove the tire and patch it. They will put the tire back on the rim with the chalk lines matched up and the tire will be put back on the same way it came off. This helps to reduce the need for any rebalancing. I had this done after I ran over a nail and had a slow leak patched. The tire was on the rear and felt as good as ever after. Good luck
