Personally, I would only paint them black or silver just to "pretty" them up a bit, but I wouldn't go for red, yellow, etc, unless I have a true BBK. I painted mine black.

I have a BBK on mine and I still painted it black. It's more subtle and I want to hide it. It's nothing to "show off" on a stock GS like mine.

On a related note:

I have stock calipers right now all 4 are painted black. However my Supra TT BBK for the front is on the way. What color should I paint them? Keep in mind the rears will remain black. I wonder if 2 different colors would look weird

People with BBK like Brembo, Endless, Rotora, etc. have their front calipers a certain color and may not even paint the rears. I don't see where your criticism arises from.

Silver. They are OEM calipers, and anything else will look riced out unless black. I did it on my car, and it looks a lot better!

Either black or silver. Any other color on OEM calipers will look very tacky. My car is silver and I painted mine black because I couldn't stand all that rust. It was more to hide the rust rather than show off those "massive" stock calipers. Your car is very clean! Just don't ruin it by trying to pass your calipers as some blue "Endless" ones.

I went with black and silver Lexus decals. Looks nice, black was also chosen because my wheels are brushed with a gunmetal trim. Sometimes the style of wheel can influence the choice.
