Default Smoked Tails On A GS

Hey guys has anyone gotten their tails smoked out? If so can you please post up some pictures, Im really thinking of doing this but I don't know how it would look on this car ... Btw mine is black so if anyone has pics of a black GS with smoked tails that would be even better ...

Thanks

I didnt smoke out the entire tail light. Only the part that is amber/white. Its a little different look. I wouldnt smoke all of the tails....keep it clean.

You can also search in the photo gallery...

Well Im really debating it, but I was just wondering what it would look like to have the entire tail smoked out and only leave the clear reverse light unpainted. Im considering it because my car is black and Im also planning on getting black rims with a chrome lip, so i think the smoked tails would blend nicely ...

im not a fan of smoked tails.
imho, even for those that do, should smoke the entire lens. leaving only the reverse might look like either you ran out of the materials used or forgot to smoke that part (LOL hahahehe)

Damn that looks awesome, but i wonder how it would look on a black one lol. and actually i like the way it looks with the part left unpainted, beside im not sure on this but i think its illegal in FL to paint over the reverse light ...

Smoked tails look ghetto on ghetto cars, if done properly they can look very nice and sporty. i think they look best on black or white cars, with black rims to color match ... im curious though, where did you find those?

You can either have it tinted or painted, call a local paint/body shop and ask them what they use and how much they charge. I know the shop i go to down here will charge me $50 to smoke the whole thing as dark as i want (paint, not tint).
