can i just buy any inners to match these? i looked through this sellers store, and couldn't find any inner LEDs for sale. i wouldn't want them not to match...

also, does anybody know what aftermarket bulbs go in these, I don't want to get rearended...

The difference between those and mine is that his have a thicker smoked section where the reverse and turn signal lights are.
