Default Traded in my 01 GS430 for this "bimmer mama"

I ment "baby mama", lol.. I know its corny.. But time came to trade in my GS430 that I had for 3 years. As some of you seen my car and got a chance to chat with me here on CL, I did some mods to my car and just wanted to say thank you to all, especialy to the forum mods that took their time to answer my questions, you know who you are: bitkahuna , rominl , bluelex , DaveGS4 , Neo , and others. And thanks to other FL crowd like wringo, lexforlife and others.. This was my first car forum and it gave me the opportunity to make all the research possible before I did any of my mods to the car. Everybody was very helpful when I had issues, like steering problems, bushings, tie rods, etc to help me find the solution... Truly greatfull CL.. I will be arround poping in once in awhile.. You all be good..

My 01 GS430 traded in..

This is my new one.

04 545i Sport package, NAV, active steering, with 36k miles and certified untill 100k or 3 years..
I got it for a steal and they gave me good money for my GS.. I took all my mods off and they are currently for sale in classifieds.. I left them a MAc Blick roof spoiler and rotors..

congrats on the new ride man!

that right there is the best feature!! i love the fact that the bmw seats can extend the lower part for more thigh support. i often times feel like the gs seat is not deep enough.

Nice upgrade!!!

After a long search for the right steering feedback, looks like you finally went back to the brand that is known for that

gsproject,
thanks for quick purchase, enjoy the lip..

Hey guys thanks on all the positive comments.. I love it so far.. Since I got the Active steering option on it, this thing is glued to the road with the sportpackage and turns on a dime with so much feedback in steering.. it is unreal.. everything I was looking for after I had 323i before my GS, is even better in this one.. Just a dream to drive.. You do not need to do anything on this car.. Sport suspention is better then Tein CS I had on my GS.. it absorbs bumps smoother then Tein but at the same time gives such a stiff solid feedback, feels like the whole car is like one peace of steel, solid.. GS steering was the worst out of all the cars i ever owned.. and no metter what I did: rack bushings, tightening pre-tentioner, Daizen control arm bushings.. nothing could save that steering feel..

The only thing I am thinking of doing is tint, M5 lip on trunk and roof spoiler, maybe a front bumper lip.. the sound system is great.. I am still deciding if I should install Sub and Amp for some more bass.. Because the bass is nice already..

Guys thanks for all the comments.. It has been real on CL.. A lot of interesting good people I had a chance to speak with in last 3 years..
