I have and 02 GS3 Sport design w/navi. just moved to nyc so that parallel parking is a challenge. i'm thinking about getting a rearview camera installed but i don't want face lift my interior to do it.

could you post a pic of your interior to see your rear view camera and the exterior to see where the lens is placed?

what are your suggestions? how much did it cost? do you have to put it in reverse to see the rear view or can you just push a button to see? is there a way to get it set up for touch screen access?

i know its a lot of questions for one post. any feedback is appreciated.

try avelectronic. Its not cheap(around 400-600 for teh video switcher) but its plug and play with out cutting any wires. And u can add game console, dvd player,rear view camera. They offer this license plate frame camera. I have it in my car the quality of the camera is pretty good and at night you can see just as good as day. And you dont have to drill or take out your trunk key hole for the camera. And with a press of a button or remote you can switch between video,navi,rear view camera. And your touch screen will only work for the navi cant integrate it to your extra video lines. Oh and last note this is only for the people that have Oem navi's as far as teh video switcher goes. Hope this helps.
