I was planning to do the sanding and then apply the clear film from Aerotect, hope that helps to protect the finish

wetsand it. then plasticx it with a buffer and itll look a million times better

the smoothest. i believe i ahd used 2000 grade. but mine wasnt really as bad so it might differ on how abd it is.

im sorry imma noob at this...so I goto home depot, buy a 2000 grade, and plastix, and go home, put water on the sand paper and sand it down, then apply plastix and buff it off? Thanks

Depends how bad your headlights are. I'd suggest trying a buffer with PlastiX first and if it's still bad get some 2000 grit from Autozone and wetsand. Then buff them a lot with Plastix.
