Default Rear Seal-Hard Job???

Ok My 99 GS300 is leaking oil from the rear seal. I dont feel like pay hundreds in labor. I want to do the job myself. I have change head gaskets and done other major car repairs, but never dropped a tranny. Is this job real hard to do? Is a tranny jack required or can I pull it off with a floor jack and some 2x4's?

It will be a challenge without a lift. My rear main was not very expensive when I had Dynamic replace it last year.
