Default +38 and +40 offsets on gs4

Anyone know if I will have any rubbing issues with 18x9.5 with a +40 offset for the rear and a 18x7.5 with a +38 offset in the front? I dont want to do any fender mods to get these to fit. I dont know what works and what doesnt. Any help would be greatly appreciated it. I am going to be dropping my car at the same time if that is a factor. Thanks in advance guys.

my car is a 99 gs4, btw

those sounds like very decent offsets. i'm no offset genius, but i think it'd be ok. also, 7.5 in the fronts? isnt stock 8's?

btw, you might want to post this in the wheel section. might get faster response.

Default These offsets are fine - I had nearly identical ones...

I had 18x9 +35 offset in the rear running 275/35/18 and 18x8 +40 offset in the front running 245/40/18

You will have no trouble at all in either the front or rear - these are (comparitively) mild figures (although the car should look really great!) If you check the board, you'll find even 10 inch width wheels with aggressive offsets.

To 2nd that comment above, I have 18x9 +45 offset in the rear running 275/35/18 and 18x8 +38 offset in the front running 245/40/18 and it is perfect, and then lowered w/ L Tuned kit and it looks even better.

I decided to go with 18x8.5 w. +35 in the front with 18x9.5 w. +35 in the back. Anyone running this set up?

You'll be fine, I'm running the same number on 19's with no issues. And I'm nearly slammed on Tein CS
