here is what i been thinking...should i mod my gs400 (lower..rims..etc) or get a 2004 ls430? bascially the main thing i want is to cruise..and look good doing it ....

the reason i was thinking about the ls430..becuase latly i been seeing gs400 EVEYWHERE>...example..i was coming home from work yesterday...saw 4 other gs within my 30 min drive home..and it seems like there are alot more people my age driving it now too (im 20)..so i kinda want a car that not many 20 year olds would drive..just to have that status..lol..kinda dumb..but yea..

so what u think?

I'm 21 and perfectly content with the GS. It would be nice to have an LS, but I don't think I'll buy one for another 10 yrs or so...heh.

The fact that you are seeing a lot of them should tell you they are a desired car. Put the mods on and save the old lady car for when you get a little older.

where in cali are you? there arent that many 2GS' NICELY mod'd in so cal. i dont really think putting 20's on and thats it, is really a mod-mod (which is what many ppl in so cal do).

You want to drive a 2004 LS430 at 20? WOW! Not old man status, but def. baller status... My mom's bf has it and that is a LUXURY car.. Not for a 20yr. old.. You prob. will grow tired of it real quick..

Get the LS430 and then mod it. Not too many LS430s are modded. I can attest to the GS sightings. They're everywhere. I see at least 10 of them a day, mostly 98-00 GS300s. Out of the 10, maybe 1 of them is a GS400/430.

If you're looking to turn heads, an LS430 with the proper mod should do it.
