Default Wheel experts, size/offset question

Hello,
What is the offset max/min range that our GS's can take?

I want to buy:
18"x8.5" (with 245/40/18) front and 18"x9.5" (with 275/w35/18) at the rear.

I found a great set of rims with 18x8.5-et30 and 19x9.5- et45 and hoping they will fit

the set of rims you found will fit fine, even without fender mods.
