Oh forgot to say, if steering wheel shakes only while braking from 60mph+, its probably warped front discs. (If the pedal vibrates its your rear!)

Ive had that problem twice!, Ive gone through 2 sets of generic brand discs, all of which warped after ~6k miles, so I ordered a new set of EBC turbo groove discs with red stuff pads. Post man delivering this week!

Also I've never had a problem with Lexus of Wesport in CT, if you're looking for another dealership.

Get the car diagnosed at Lexus of Rockville Centre... I have coupons if you need them ( I can send it to you via pm. as well as giving you the name of my service advisor who has taken care of fellow members. Just curious..What color is your power steering fluid at the present time?

yeah I'm in a pretty needy situation to get my front end fixed and have my timing belt replaced, I have no problems having my front end suspension diagnosed from lexus of rockville and might as well fix it there too, of course if u have some coupons that would be awesome for me, cuz im a broke *** college kid lol. The only thing I wouldn't fix at the dealership would most likely be the timing belt, the fee is $1100 O_O!!! but if I'd have to replace my rack, and tie rods, and ball joints, I have no complaints getting it done by the stealership even if it means paying a bit more cuz i remember the last time I took my 99 ES (R.I.P.) to a performance shop, they completely screwed up my traction and ABS sensors and as a result, my car spun out during a turn in the rain and totaled =(.

Yea, so does anyone know of a good shop to get my timing belt done?

Tommy,

There's another shop that Gsoup and I have started a relationship with that's local to Jamaica. They've done excellent work on quite a few of our local NELOC members and there haven't been any complaints to date. PM me for more info if you're interested.
