Default Experiencing jerks at 60-80mph

Hey everyone,

I own a 2002 GS300 that is currently at 71k. I bought it a year ago at 49k certified with a 100k extended warranty. Everything has been running smooth so far but recently I have been experiencing some jerks at 60-80mph. When accelerating lightly up hill I feel random jerks. They do not last very long. I am able to feel the difference from the vibrations on the pedal. I took it to the dealership for inspection and they found the transmission fluid overfilled so they drained it and refilled it to the proper level and took it for a 17 mile test drive with no issues. I got it back last thursdays and it seems to act up a little more. This morning i felt a 2-3second lag from take off when i stepped on the accelerator. Anyone know whats going on?

Try resetting the ECU, maybe it's the vvti that's making the car lag.

If not, take it back to the dealer since it's still under warranty.

Take it back for warranty.

After you drive your car for awhile, park your car and check the transmission dipstick. Make sure its at/near the hot max level.

The problem with taking back is they said they would take it for a test drive with a lead. The problem occurs at random times. I am afraid they will not be able to experience what I am talking about and then refuse to do anything about it since they already attempted with the flush.

Hit the shoulder and go around them if you have to!

+1 I drive in Mass almost every day and still believe turn signals are an option in that state (or maybe banned by all the liberals).
