The Guide was meant for more straightforward installs, which is why your setup is not in there. The wheels will fit in the rear with some fender shaving. The front will take much more work. In the end, it will look weird with the front looking aggressive while the rear is relatively mild.

So, not to bring bump an old thread........

should I expect any problems with:

19X9 +44
245/40-19

19X10 +42
275/35-19

Lowered on Bilstein PSS?

Any wisdom would be appreciated.

No issues, offset is very conservative

Conservative offset by today's standards. A slight shave of the inner fender lip would ensure zero rub with any shock/coilover drop combo. With the Bilstein/spring set up the drop is not aggressive, so you wouldn't see issues unless you have a trunk load or 4 passengers.

Note this is not an exact science. The Brand and model of tires used is a variable that needs to be factored in as well, especially since you are going with a fat setup.

Default 2006 sc430

[I]Can someone help me to determine a good wheel and tire combo fit for my Lexus 2006 SC430. I am somewhat confused on the guide. It specifies that owner is using 285/30/20 on his SC430 but goes on to say not to use that size on the listing. I want to put staggered wheels and I now own (4) brand new Hankook 245/35/20 tires. I want to use (2) of them for my fronts and want to go as wide as I can without mods. to the rear. Please, what would you suggest? tire size for rear / wheels sizes for front & rear having (2)245/35/20's already?

Bumping old thread and there is good info in here

How will an 18x10 +25 fit with a 255 / 265 tire ,on a spring drop. From what i've read it should be fine and I will probably have to roll the fender. Please post a pic if you have that offset + width

fitment question:

thinking of a set of forgestar f10's in 20 (no 19 available) for the 2gs

they can make them in the following widths and offsests
20x8.5 offsets from +30 to +50
20x9.0 offsets from +18 to +56
20x10.5 offsets from +20 to +45

I'm willing to shave inner fenders for a clean flush (not hella) look.

20x8.5 and 20x9

+35 front, +38 rear?

or 20x9 all around +38 and spacer in the rear?

I'm guessing 10.5 would be too wide for just a shave? Pulling required?

wheel gurus, help me please

I had 10.5 in the rear and the setup would have allowed a spacer to push it out with shaving / rolling or leave it as it was without shaving / rolling.
