Default Anyone have any Headgasket issues on GS400

Just got car recently from dealer to late to take back or have them repair in my state but did all old school tests took radiator cap off coolant start to come up. Under regular driving coolant goes to overflow tank and is pushed out almost positive headgasket you can hear the thing sounds iffy one one side plus leaking from one side of exhaust..... anywho is this a common issue with the 1uz? Or did I just get lucky

It's normal for the coolant to come up as the coolant gets warmer. Does it overheat? The exhaust isn't a true dual and the headers merge into one and go back out to 2. Do a pressure test.
