GS430 2003 Back Deck woofer
My big speaker in the back deck stopped working. Wires look okay but there is no sound at all. Is there a fuse? Any ideas??

Could be that part of the amp, right next to the glove compartment, is blown too. I would take a multi-meter to it and test for power going to the sub.
Have you recently installed an aftermarket stereo in the car? The only way you can hook them up in these cars forces the bypass of the factory amp which circumvents the factory sub.
