Congrats on getting your car shown at SEMA. Definitely a huge honor and achievement. My 2GS will be in the Enkei wheels booth. I look forward to seeing your car at the show.

wow....I'd start crying w/ joy if Toyota came and took my car to display it at SEMA.

Did they give you an IS-F as a loaner car?

Well that's exactly where I'm at. 7 years of patience, time and a ton of personal sweat. I've got too much of my heart and soul in this car. My list of future mods is still quite long. I've got a terminal case of the mod bug, so this car is a keeper.

35k is actually a generous offer these days, but I've got more money than that invested in it.

Hey ya know Lexus is getting it.

I was one of several Lexus "Enthusiasts" that were interviewed and actually filmed on video tape for my feedback on my opinion of the ISF. I had to sign a release form so they could distribute it internally around the corporation.

Then there was the IS-F run last August, where 25 of us got invited to be the first to ride in the IS-F on the Laguna Seca race track. We also got to drive the GS & LS600 Hybrids, plus the IS350 on the track, with no limitations. I tell ya there's nothing like drifting an LS600HL sideways through turn 4 ! : )

They even put us up in a $500 a nite hotel, the whole nine yards.

Believe me Toyota/ Lexus has it right, they are listening to the core enthusiast market.

Living in Cali and being an active Lexus contributor for 7 years, I assume is part of how I became so priviledged.
