Default Do you think this is a good deal?

I have a 2003 Millennium Silver Metallic GS300. Do you think this is a good deal for these rims? This is pretty much my price limit. I think the wheels look good also...

If price fits your bill and you like the way it looks, go for it. However you might run into quality issues. I haven't heard much from that company though. But judging from the looks of it, the wheels are one-piece cast metal. Talk about heavy. Dont be surprised if your ride quality degrades or your fuel economy suffers. My friend bought a car with some heavy 20"s and they rode crappier than a truck.

They look nice but are probably pretty heavy, and for that price you could probaby find a nice set of wheels in the classifieds that are of a higher quality.

Good luck with your choice. Post pics.

I think considering your budject these are a good fit. Ruff racing has been around a for a min and I haven't heard anything go wrong with them like what happen with the sevas so ya go for it, plus at least their staggard at that price so thats a plus..

Good price for starter wheels with tires. Those wheels look a bit like the MRR's (same price minus the tires). What rubber do you get with these wheels?

if u break it down, the tires are at least 500 at cost for 20's; pricing the wheels at 1400. these wheels are made in china, i know one of the mfr's, considering my friends worked for one of them. Ruff farms out their mfg to several co's overseas. if i told you the cost, you'd cr*p in your pants. These are made in China, not Japan. enough said.

as others mentioned, i'd keep looking. one of my other friends has the ruff wheels, totally messed up his 2GS. if i were u, i'd keep looking. be patient and get what you really want, dont settle for less. key = being patient. GL!

LOL, hence RUFFly cost is sickening. I just checked with my friend on those. 2 high end tires' retail cost is more than the cost of all 4 of those RUFF wheels.

Check AXIS wheels if you're in that arena. Still china made, but, i think they have more selection. GL!
