I thought they used to do it for around $400. Anyway, I contacted them a couple of months ago and they told me they did not do wood and leather on our 2GS anymore. Whats up with them. Would not mind having this done though.
Also, did they get bought out? Their website says "Welcome to Craft Customs"

...Sounds great! My black steering wheel is getting beat up,this wood leather combo would sound real nice! It just sucks because I don't think I will be able (nor take a chance) to take the steering wheel off on my own. I would have to bring it to a shop and have them do it...hmm probably $125 to take it off and $125 to put it back on. Now your looking at more like $800 for everything (out the door)...

wheel removal
shouldn't be too difficult. I have a GS and LS, and I swapped out the LS steering wheel for one that was not busted up. It only took 2 hex screws to remove the airbag, disconnect the cruise/airbag/horn, and then remove the steering nut in the center to pull off. I'm certain it will be just as easy for the GS.
