Who damaged the right side of your dashboard???

That would be the idiot that owned the car before me He had mounted a navi. setup there that was mounted on some kind of bracket...and this bracket apparently didnt fit the car very well..and left a huge (enough for me) mark

Those double din units with buttons to the side looks pretty nice IMO

Yeah. I'm still planning the install... It may take about 2 weeks before I actually start. Still waiting on the Reverse Cam and Sirius Tuner.

My goal is to minimize the screen from sticking out. I might not be able to totally flush mount it.. but if i can shift the deck in by about 1/4", i would be happy.

Next question that would raise is if I flush mount it, how would the gap look around the deck.

From looking at the OEM Double Din, there is actually about 1/4-1/2" play for the deck to sink in before it shows a gap.

TOTAL_ECLIPSE - did you install a reverse cam? GOt pics?

We'll see.

can anyone tell me where the VSS wire is on my gs soo i can get my navi working on my avic D3 somewone please help

sean, you dork...do a search. Its a green wire on your cluster harness...

forgot to add there's 2 green wires. Use the pin 6 green wire

I like how it has the molding around the gap. My Toyota kit leaves a gap around the opening of my Z1.
