Acc. Belt Tensioner

Who carrys the idler arm pulley for a 98 gs300? I called the dealer and they only sell the pulley with a new idler arm. Is this my only option?

thanks for the info....i ended up taking my old pulley to a machine shop and they pressed new bearings in it for 10 bucks!!
