Default My Car Shut off on the Highway Help!

I need assistance diagnosing an issue i had today with my 2000 GS3. While driving about 70mph on the highway my car completely shut off for like 2 or 3 secs. I mean everything just shut down like I turned the car off. Guages went black climate radio everything just turned off, then turned back on. It was really weird and scary at the same time. Everything went back to normal and didn't happen again. Has anyone had this happen to them and find out what caused it? Any feedback will be helpful thanks!

Check you battery connections see if they are tight. Then check your grounds.

I had that happen to me. Where the whole car would shut off at an intersection. I would have to restart the engine to get it going again. I ignored it the first time as a fluke, but the second time it happened...I decided to trace down the problem. It was an easy fix. I just sanded down the battery terminal and the contacts then bolted everything up nice and tight. After that, I had no more power outage issues.

It is your battery terminal for sure but check your air sensor to on the intake but do not tighten the screws to tight or else it will strip the threads bro..
