The Weapon R is already a little bit quieter than the SRT intake. I know because I have had both.
With the Cold Air box, you basically remove almost all the noise since it's the filter area that makes the most intake noise and it's enclosed in a box...
I'd say remove the SRT ECU, put on the new WR intake with Cold Air Box and my bet is you can't tell the performance differences IMHO...
