Default wheel spacers disadvantage?

Does anyone know if there is any disadvantage of using the wheel spacers? I am looking for a brake upgrade and need the wheel spacers to clear the 4 piston clipper for my winter 17" tires?

will the wheel spacer cause uneven wear on tires? meaning innner tire wear out faster? cause the wheel will be out more than the factory spec.

Will the blance be easily off on the wheel since the wheel spacer is a parts that bolt between the brake and the wheel?

thanks

Use the search option, we have discussed the wheelspacers some time ago.
I would not use them.
