I just have to say, Ebay is a good source of parts. Especially used ones or new parts for really cheap. Also, a bunch of interesting goods pop up on there every once in a while. While not all of them are always good, they are interesting nonetheless and a good one pops up every once in a while.
As for non ebay stuff. I buy from Carsons Toyota and also Sewell Lexus which is local to me.
Oh yeah, and don't forget the classifieds section on this forum. I also go on My.IS which is an IS300 forum for a bunch of engine parts since the GS300 and IS300 share engines. You can get a bunch of turbo parts for cheeeeaaap there. Another good source for 2JZ parts is SupraForums.com, you can find a ton of high performance engine parts that are barely used or brand new for a steal there every once in a while

i buy a lot of my parts from Luis over at Carson Toyota (800-908-6968). they arent local by any means (im in NY and they are in CA) but the shipping is quick, they email me tracking info for UPS shipments, and the service is always on point with these guys. 9 times out of 10 if you need a part not currently listed up on the vendor forum as a "group buy" item they still extend the "CL Discount" to you as a courtesy for being a member here. If there are ever any screw-ups, they are happy to fix the issue free of any additional charges to the buyer. These guys have enthusiastically adopted the "customer is always right" type of attitude and for that i can't complain.
