#137
After just driving mine (gs4) back from missouri (about a 10 hour drive) all highway and using cruise most of the time i averaged 26.5 for the first 3/4 of the trip and 27.1 for the last 1/4 after refueling. This was taken off the nav trip computer.

Yes, I was, I used cruise almost the entire time and didn't accelerate hard. It ended up taking about 1 and 1/3 tanks of gas for the 600 mile trip.

Yeah, I get about 21 mpg. I drive 1/2 city and 1/2 highway so that is why. If I drove all highway, about 23 if it was all city, about 18-19 mpg.
I don't have anything extra in the car. Less weight = more mpg.

If anyone thinks they should be getting better gas mileage, check the air filter first. I just replaced mine and went from 14.2 MPG to 16.3 MPG on my commutes, which are 90% city and 10% highway.

hey guys
i picked up a GS300 a few weeks a go.
2000 GS300
I got about 24 MPG city/highway
I think the tires really matter the most with MPG.
I am using the mx4vplus tires.
im am happy that i am getting that much in a sedan.
my friends told me they were getting less then 20 in a sc300 and is300.

I seem to only be able to manage around 15-16mpg with my 90% city driving... maybe its the heavy right foot Since the plugs in my car are unknown, im gunna be changing them out to NGK iridiums shortly.. and clean my throttle body... maybe that will help slightly...

I just got my 02 430 over the weekend. It seems I'm getting about 17-18.
My 98 300 didnt seem to get much better, but I had a 4 banger honda in the meantime and I could make that thing stretch ...

When I did 60% city and 40% highway last week, I averaged 18.5
