enginyr,
If the price stays as is with the shipping it is a pretty good deal if it goes any higher its pretty close to retail you can get toyo's for like 185 each and I think toyo is way better than falken. Falken is a good tire but toyo is better but for that price they are a good buy....

And there is no "new" tire from Toyo. The T1-S is the latest & greatest!

Eng,
for falkens, get the grb451 as texstyle said...
shin,
as a price reference, the t1-s is ~$900/set installed here in LA. i also saw some online price at ~$215/ea for 245/40/18 and $265 for
275/35/18
if you can wait until spring(i think you should), the yokohama DNA GP(grand prix) will be here in the US after they debuted in japan in 2000. the model name will be called AVS ES100.....one of the best looking/performing tyres...utqg is 280 aa/a, awesome traction...

Thanks Will. I will wait until spring for the Yoko AVS-ES100 in springtime. I am not in a hurry right now. utqg is 280 aa/a?
That is the exact what I want. An aggressive pattern tire with long life.
I just need this before my Dunlop Winter Sport start to melt in May. These snow tire don’t work too well in hot weather. They will smell like they are burning off in summer.

The 280 rating.....Lower is better? TXT whats this $185 Toyo. Cheapest I found was $285 245/35/19....I was actually thinking about getting a 245/40/19 (Pretty sure it will fit).

The 280 is a wear rating, higher is usually better, but you may experience a dip in traction the higher you go...Also, according to my Toyo advocate, there is no industry standard...Toyo's 280 might not mean the same as Michelin's 280 for example...My experience with the Toyo's however is that they are absolutely the best bang for the buck, and sensible driving (goosing it every once in a while) will bring you 30-40K miles on these bad boys...
