Chris, I think we throw out the term colormatched a bit too much
Currently there are 3 different Phillips bulbs (for OEM replacement)
-85122
Color Temp: 4100k
Lumens: 3200
-85122+
Color Temp: 4200k
Lumens: 3400
-85122CM
Color Temp: 4800k
Lumens: 3100
The 85122+ is recommended for OEM replacement because it's pre-burned in to give off a color similar to the 85122 after 100h or so. The 85122+ will give off just a bit yellow brand new, but I'm sure after a long while, it'll match the 85122 better. The difference with 85122CM is too obvious, even if you put one next to a color-shifted 85122.
But have you ever wondered why we all refer the OEM Bulb as 4300k instead of 4100k?
