Those seats are at least $1000 for both used.

Did the guy re-finished his seats with tan leather? I'm pretty sure they don't come like that form the factory.

According to Recaro, they do have full beige leather seats. I can't find another picture, but its most likely the same one as above. Who knows though. All I know is that I'm going to be getting the black one if I can find an awesome deal. Should be a good for 100lb of weight shedding

Connector harness should be different as well so you'll need to retrofit that.

I see what you mean. Usually when people talk about Lexus seats they refer to the quality and comfort, not the support that it gives when you push the car.

i always thought the lan evo recaro's are really nice, too bad it won't look right without some other changes in our interior.
that's gsracey's car i believe, he has one of the best gs here as far as i remember

well, depends on what car you are talking about i guess. if the same seats are on the ls460l, i would be cursing every day. but for a sport sedan, i think they are good. i always found myself very stupid trying to hold on to things when i push the gs400 around the corners

and comparing the 3gs seats to 5 series and e class? i still think it's still pretty comfortable

My seat was killing me when I first got the car. I was wondering what did Lexus mean when they talk about luxury. I had it restuffed by local shop. It's better now. However, I still think for its class, the seat should be a lot better.

Unfortunately, that can be said about any mods done to the GS, including big brake kit, race suspension, exhaust, etc.

Agreed..They do look a bit out of place for sure. Those buckets would be ideal for a a "sportier" car; say the IS350 ?

j/k. I also think the recaros look extremely stupid in an otherwise luxury car. they belong in a miata or supra etc.

i hate 3gs seats, it gives me back pain..they are not as comfy as the 2gs..but how about if you can find some ls430s seats and try to fit them in 2gen, i duno if that would work but ls430s seats are the best!

I think the 3GS seats fill better to me. My seats in my car feels alright. I wonder can the head rest from the 3GS fit in place of the 2GS head rest?

The E60 M5 seats are fantastic. The seats adjusts automatically during hard cornering to prevent the driver from sliding around.
