I love the 7 BMW, but those cars SUCK. They look great, but are horrible mechanical and electrically . I would do a 460.

Yeah.. I really want a manual V8 car so I was looking very hard for a 540 6speed. I was looking and there are lots of issues with them, and not just minor door lock leak stuff I mean lots of major things that have to be touched every 50k like the front suspension thrust bushing. I looked at 5 with about 80 to 100K all had oiley bottoms.. I was amazed at my GS when i saw it not a drop.

BTW.. I stopped my quest for a BMW when I read that in 99 they went with a water cooled alternato????

The LS460 is SWEET!!
