Tail light out

Open your trunk, look to the side to which tail light is out. There are two screws on the side of the tail light. You'll need a phillips screw driver to take them off. Once you take the tail light off, you need to unplug the power lines. Once unplugged, remove the bulb.
I suggest that you buy the bulb from Toyota, or Lexus dealership. If you buy the bulb(s) from a third party such as Strauss Auto, Auto Zone, you'll run into problems such has the "Rear bulb failing" light on your dash board due to incorrect voltages.
Hope that helps!

When you pop your trunk, there should be two screw caps to the side of the tail light and there should also be two screw caps inside the trunk behind the taillight. unscrew both, pull the plug out that has the defective bulb, buy a replacement, pop the pieces back in, screw them on, and you're good to go.

Now that you have those off, get into your trunk and look on the inside to where your tail light is. There should be two bolts holding it in place. Take the 10mm wrench, and take them off =] Be careful though!! Loosen them just a little bit, and then take it off by hand. I've lost those bolts twice already >_<
