I dunno... I fell in love with the 2GS for it's looks back when I was in high school when they first came out. It was the perfect blend of class and sportiness and I love sedans.

As much as I do love the 3GS (especially modded ones), I wouldn't do this to such a pretty faced 2GS. Don't get me wrong, being Carmake T&E, I'm sure the fit/finish is perfect. I just love the 2GS too much.

Just my 2 cents.

I've scoured the net. Haven't been able to find anything new, as far as pics go.

The 2nd gen GS is now considered an "old school" vehicle?

I really like the rims and rear pull...not really feeling the 'conversion'.

The only conversion id consider is Interior stuffs.

I meant to say "older" excuse my terminology! =)

Thanks for the comments. Well one thing is for sure, the car is certainly generating a lot of attention. Once we get more pics in, we'll post them.

If you guys see more coverage of TAS anywhere, post also!

Here's a pic of the rear and another of the front. Sorry they're not that great. They were taken quickly with a point and shoot cam.

While I certainly appreciate the creativity and fabrication that
goes into building a car like this, there are a few things about
this particular conversion I'm not personally too crazy about.

1) Square/tapered front end on a car with that beautiful radiused
C-pillar area... seems incongruous.

2) Larger front overhang. One of the things I like about the 2GS
is the relatively short front bumper overhang. This makes the car
look like it has a nice, long wheelbase. With this huge front bumper
the car has more of an "underbite" appearance.

3) The front fender arch from the 3GS has that flat region on the flare,
it doesn't match the rear quarter panel at all.

4) When is a Japanese kit manufacturer going to build a car in a
color other than black or white? Yawn.

I like the wheels and the stance. I also understand that a car like this
was built as a marketing tool; it is designed to do one thing - get your
attention! It does this extremely well!
