Default Gs3 Brake light question

Its me again guys. Just a quick question maybe someone can come up with a quick solution. It doesn't happen all the time but it happens enough to bug the shiznitss out of me. When I would step on my brakes...sometimes my e brake light would come on and it would go away when I start to accelerate again. Its a small problem but big enough to bother me....any suggestions?

have you checked your break fluid? i remember on my old car it would leak break fluid a little bit and when it got below the min line it would throw the break light on. just a thot.
