Ill take your 2 cents!!

now Ill give you 2 of my cents...
Anything that you put in the center of these wheels that is not a RAYS center cap will not go with the wheel.

As a matter of fact having an infinity center cap does not define the wheel but the car.

In this case they are rays wheels defining my ride which is a TOYOTA.
Just like when infinity Put their emblem in the center cap of these wheels.

as stated in the other thread, i bent one of my OG 17s and decided to replace and upgrade. i was holding out for the 3GS 18s ala chuckb but they are hard to come by, and when i did find a set, dude wanted $1400.00.! plus shipping!

i found a local set of these bad boys for half. theyre 19", forged, and transform the car for the better. car reacts to steering input faster, corners harder, rolls over bumps easier, and looks tougher. only negative is increased road noise on certain kinds of roads. [of course i know this is expected when upgrading from 17s to 19s.]

nice stance... your car does look aggressive...

btw, what suspension you running?

I personally Do not like the way the G37 Wheels look. I could not find who makes them and also the weight of them.

I looked around for the specs of the G37 19 inch and this is what I found

Front:
•Weight: ?? lbs
•Size: 19 X 8-1/2
•Material: Aluminum
•Offset: 43 mm
•Tire Size: 225/45WR19

Rear:
•Weight: ?? lbs
•Size: 19 X 9
•Material: Aluminum
•Offset: 45 mm
•Tire Size: 245/40WR19

Now we all know the specs of the G37 wheels, but here they go again

They are made by RAYS and are Forged 19"
Optional 19" for the 2007 G35

Super-Light Weight Forged Aluminum Alloy
Front
Size: 19x8.0
Offset: +30mm
Weight: 19 lbs
Tire: 225/40-19

Rear
Size: 19x8.5
Offset: +33mm
Weight: 21 lbs
Tire: 245/40-19

Here are some pics of the G37 on a GS and on a LS

Now this is Photo eddited in photo shop my ride with the 2007 G35

I think much better!!

Lug nuts are cheap in price, why risk running incorrect lug nuts that can cause issues and look like a$$ on the g35 wheels. Lexus wheels are lug centric, G35 wheels are not. Hope you get the point.

The only 18" forged wheels are on the Nissan 350Z track edition.

I took my car to get the front wheels balanced and the tire shop measured the front wheels and they were 19x8.5
I was under the impression they were 19x8 can anyone clarify this for me.
If my tire shop is correct I would imagine the rear is 19x9

Did they measure the wheels or the tires? I have mine dismounted that I could measure.

Good and vaild point.

You know what.....some people get all wrapped around their axels thinkg that these are Nissan-only-wheels, when it's Rays wheels that happen to be OEM on Infinitis. That said, it's a very similar concept of Toyota/Lexus.

Unfortunately this 'argument' will live on for quite some time everytime someone post up their G35 wheels.

It's just Rays wheels with whatever center cap we choose to put on it that started it's life as OEM Nissan.
