hrmmm, good idea! but wouldn't that mess up with my lighting output?

Well, I don't mean the entire thing. Just some "stripes". Here's a cruddy diagram lol It's in a monotone curve with the bowl, and it's surroundings. I think if you inserted the CF in diagonally, the unit would still light as normal.

Please excuse the image, I'm no graphic artist! LOL I think we need a hand over here seize :P

Not totally sure, but I think the bowls handle most of the light output.

Carbon, what if you found a unit that was going to be discarded, and tested it out on that before doing yours? Just to see what it would look like.

seems interesting. i'd rather do the housings in carbon rather than the bowls. we'll see though.

if that opportunity came across i'd try it, but until then, i'll hold off.

hey hey hey, put in my PS2 Slim in today and took off my carbon interior pieces again to get them sanded down and recleared to a smooth finish.

PS2 Slim with i-Pod in the glove box

Carbon trim pieces are all off again.

Great Work to you and Bucky. I hope to see it in person soon. I see my bike and one of my cars in the background. Tell Bucky to get to work on them!
