hi everyone,
i have got some question and i am very thankful for your answer.
1) i have hid kit already, but wanna do retrofit. so i am wondering if i can use the ballasts from the kit and just buy new bulbs? or i have to buy the new one??

2) OLU, you sent all of your headlights housing, projector, ballasts and bulb for http://www.advancedautomotiveconcepts.com so that they do retrofit for you, am i right?? if so how much do they charge for labor?? and how long does it take to get it done??? and i live in california, can i also send all those parts to them to do retrofit, or they just take order from eastern area??

3) BTW, does anyone know a place that do retrofit in south california??

thanks in advance for answering

1. You can use your own ballasts and you would need D2S bulbs
2. Correct. I had the Ebay seller send the projectors to AAC and I sent my headlights to them. PM me about the price. It took 6 days (including a holiday monday). I used UPS ground since I was in no rush (I had 2nd set of lights on the car). I'm sure you can arrange for it to happen faster. I don't see why they wouldn't take lights from anywhere in the US.

Ballast and bulbs are not that hard to come by, you can hit up xenondepot and get a 'retrofit' kit using a 9006 plug for the switch, and a d2s connector on the other side of the ballast. OEM phillips 8122 bulbs also.

The projectors though...those are what are going to be hard to come by.

Just check Ebay. I've only checked for LS430 projectors twice (the time I bought them and now). Both times have had some available.
