You save money in the end on labor. Do it once, do it right.

You'll blow your struts out in less than 10k miles. It will ride like **** and you'll end up buying struts then. If you can do the install yourself - it's fine. Do it now and then do it again when you buy struts.

If you can't do the work yourself - just wait until you can get springs/struts.

I did it with mine since I do all my own work. Otherwise I would of waited for coil overs or struts to be done at the same time. The ride is still good but they do bottom out pretty easy on large bumps. The only reason I did it was I was going to get coil overs and didn't care about tearing up the struts.

I've had to do it on a previous car twice because I couldn't wait to get some new struts, I just wanted to drop it.

I ended up with a really rough ride and a hurtin back like I had the flu year round. Plus the struts were toast in a month. All it took was a 1 3/4" drop. H&R claimed that they can be used with stock struts.

To this day I wish I would've done it right the first time. That was a Honda. Glad I learned that lesson before I start tearing up a Lexus.

But thats my 2 cents
